Bringing people back to Bourke

Bourke’s office of the NSW Department of Communities and Justice is one of the beneficiaries of the work being carried out by the teams at the Northwest Academic Centre.

Newly graduated social work student from the University of New England, Jacqueline O’Brien, returns to Bourke to work with the Department of Communities and Justice.  Earlier this year Jacqueline had completed had her final four-month field education rural placement with the Department.
